Booking Terms & Conditions
-For tables over 6 people please submit an enquiry as the maximum booking size they can accept online is 6 people.
– For group bookings of 10 or more we request a card authentication to confirm your booking.
– Your booking will be held for 15 mins after your reservation time, if your party does not arrive by then your booking will transfer to the waiting list. There will be a non refundable no show charge of £50.00 applied to your card.
– For larger group bookings of 50 people or more we request a non refundable deposit of £50.00 to be paid to confirm the reservation. This will be deducted from a bar tab at the time of your booking.
-Bookings may be split over tables in the same area for larger group bookings of 12 or more, and may include standing and seating space.
-If you are running late please contact the venue through social media or by email on hello@ivylodgeaberdeen.com
-If more than 2 separate tables are booked online they cannot guarantee that they will be next to each other.
-If you require to rearrange the date of these larger group bookings they will require a minimum of 48 hours notice and the rearranged date must be within 3 months of the original booking date.
-For larger group bookings of 20 or more these may be split over an area which is a mix of seating and standing space. If you require all seated please pop this in the booking notes.
-Management reserve the right to refuse entry/service to your party
-Walk ins welcome
Kids/Young Persons Policy
-Under 18s are allowed in The Ivy Lodge accompanied with an adult. Between the hours of 6pm to 9pm they must be consuming food purchased from their vendors at Shiprow Village.
